Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide operational leadership and oversight to all of Aspire's Accommodation Services. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered support to our customers their carers, and families. Additionally, you will focus on fostering the growth of our teams and promoting professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective operational leadership and oversight to Accommodation Services.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered support to customers, carers and families.
- Drive the achievement of performance of staff.
- Foster the growth and development of our workforce through team building and professional development initiatives.
- Support the delivery of Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Drop In Supports (DIS) and Out of Home Care (OOHC) services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary Qualifications in relevant field and/ or Leadership and Management.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years' demonstrated experience in effective leadership and management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and drive quality outcomes.
