The role:
Based in the Bayside-based Melbourne head office and reporting through to the CEO, the role of Resourcer will play a pivotal role in proactively seeking talented individuals to join Career Management Services while ensuring the best possible experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Proactively attract, and shortlist candidates using all necessary tools available including online job boards.
- Place and update weekly job adverts and monitor & process applications and responses efficiently
- Initiate and manage candidate relationships, predominantly over the telephone, understanding their requirements and needs
- Determine suitability and qualify candidates by adopting an efficient and effective screening process
- Maintenance of various databases including adding new candidates
- Manage incoming calls and daily triage of new applications,
- Ensure strong relationships are maintained with Line Managers
- Conduct Pre-screening, via telephone, assess candidate suitability for the role, location, and ensure they meet the requirements and criteria
- Source new candidates from job sites, LinkedIn and other platforms using local market knowledge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with job applicants.
- Working closely with the Talent Aquisition Specialist and HR Manager
About you:
You will have a minimum of 2 to 5 years plus recruitment (inhouse/agency) experience along with the ability to work towards set targets, meet deadlines, and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will have excellent telephone manners and interpersonal skills, be well-organised, and capable of multitasking effectively.
