About You
PenCS is seeking a highly motivated, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone wanting to progress their career (1-3 years), with an interest in healthcare.
To succeed in this role, you should be highly organised and able to perform multiple tasks for different teams/clients at the same time. The following attributes are required:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Medical Science, Health Informatics, or similar
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Personable approach, with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients
- Strong presentation skills
- Enthusiastic attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to problem solve
- Experience with CRM software
- Previous work experience as an Account Coordinator, or previous customer service experience
- A passion for healthcare, technology or improving patient outcomes is preferred

Role and Responsibilities
You will be working within the Business Growth team, providing day to day organisation and support to the team. You will drive growth by assisting and being an essential part of the team.
- Maintain CRM databases
- Assist with managing client relationships and maintaining communication
- Assist with driving business growth
- Help design sales proposals
- Design and create communication materials
- Drive new ideas to support clients
- Assist with creating promotional materials
- Help organise annual client events and conferences
- Prepare sales related documents, such as contracts
- Work together with the wider PenCS team to meet the needs of our clients
- Prepare reports and gather metrics on campaigns, and monitor active use of the tools
- Carry out administration tasks for the Business Growth team
As you assist the Business Growth team, you will get the opportunity to learn about our different customer segments and products, with the ability to grow and progress in the role and the team.
