Locally grown with a national reach, Claude Outdoor operates in the out-of-home (OOH) advertising market with over 7,000 digital and static advertising assets including directional signage “identilites”, bus shelters and billboards. Tell me about the role?
This is a great opportunity for a motivated and driven individual looking to kick-start their career in media. As our Admin/Ops Coordinator you will work alongside a developing team to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of information across our depts (inc sales, ops, finance etc) and external contractors, helping to support the end-to-end sales and delivery process of advertising campaigns.
Day-to-day you will…
- Support the national sales teams with:
- Pre-sales proposal support and campaign bookings
- Handling incoming queries on bookings, installation ETA’s and campaign start dates
- Troubleshooting possible challenges/issues that may arise
- Support and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive the best outcome for our customers
- Produce various reports and deliver insights to the wider Claude Outdoor team.
- Maintain our CRM, Inventory and booking data in our platforms
- Work with our maintenance team on the development of new “Identilites”, bus shelters and billboards
- Administrative support and other ad hoc tasks as needed

- A strong communicator with some level of experience in customer service
- Demonstrable time management and organisation skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities & deadlines effectively
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
- A team-oriented mindset, someone who enjoys working as a part of a group yet capable of being autonomous in their role
- Confidence in tackling challenges with a solution focused mindset
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Fusion (advantageous), NetSuite (advantageous)
