We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Director to join our Adelaide Sales Team, working on an established portfolio of media agencies and local advertisers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated media sales professional who wants to work within one of Adelaide’s most successful media sales teams. This is a territory that requires someone with tenacity, persistence and a love of closing the deal! This is a high-profile role within a team that prides itself on being collaborative, innovative and having a growth mindset.

What you will be doing and what skills you may have:

• Strategic and solutions focused management of an established agency portfolio
• Develop and sell leading cross platform, All of Audio solutions
• Identify and create new business opportunities that drive growth
• Commitment to achieving monthly & quarterly targets (and ability to develop tactics to ensure personal and client success)
• Strong client service orientation and networking capabilities
• Ability to effectively multi-task and project manage
• Passionate about audio, creativity and delivering a brilliant outcome
• Strong and consistent communicator and negotiator
• Resilient, dynamic, adaptable to change and highly driven with a strong desire to succeed and thrive in a result orientated environment.

This role will suit someone with prior sales experience, and whilst audio sales experience is not essential, experience working with medial sales in the Adelaide market is desirable.
