THE ROLE
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible for developing, monitoring sales activity, and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Sells consumables and capital equipment to achieve Sales objectives.
- Effectively manages assets in the field such as samples, and trial equipment.
- Provides focused sales presentations and product training in the allied health setting to develop relationships with clinicians, Clinics & Hospital staff.
- Scheduling workshops with the Tech sales team to expand the business.
- Develops and maintains a strong market orientation that builds competitive knowledge.
- Active involvement in pre and post tender planning and execution in conjunction with the Sales managers.
- Prepares and submits on a timely basis, field activity reports that comply with reporting requirements for the territory and other reports requested by the manager.
- Communicates with management on changes in market attitudes regarding the Allied Health market.
- CRM maintenance.
- Attends and participates in Sales and Industry meetings.
