$70,000-$80,000 Base + Super + Car + Bonus
The Company:
This Premium Australian Manufacturer of bedding products is looking to recruit Account Executive in NSW to sell through major retailers.
With fantastic brands and excellent company culture, our client has a great reputation for being hands on with their customers and providing an exceptional service.
The Role:
Focusing on retail accounts your role is to execute sales strategies to achieve long-term market share, sales and profit growth across your nominated account.
Visiting approximately 4-6 stores daily, you must manage and organise your time effectively. You will be covering a specific portfolio across NSW which will mean that you will be required to travel regionally to visit your accounts across the state.
Building relationships with key decision makers is of huge importance. Your role is to ensure the retailers believe in your products as they will be the ones selling them on your behalf.
Candidates who are hands-on with their customers and willing to do everything from dealing with managers through to training and merchandising would be well suited to this position.
The Candidate:
The ideal applicant will have retail account management experience.
Previous experience selling bedding/homewares is a benefit however not a deal breaker.
Experience of selling high ticket and premium products will enhance your chances of selection. This could include Consumer Electronics, FMCG, White goods or Brown goods.
To be successful in this role you will need to be driven with a growth mindset, always looking for growth opportunities with your clients, as well as personally.
Being a premium brand, you must take pride and present well, aligning with the brands reputation in the market.
