In addition, this role will also provide support to the Business Manager.Extensive diary management – scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and ensuring an effective use of the executive’s timeCoordinating internal & external meetings with clients & stakeholders from start to finish including liaising with assistants and booking meeting roomsProviding superior and executive level of support to the team – maintaining a professional approach at all times (both internally and externally) and a high level of confidentialityReconciliation of monthly expenses in Concur ensuring adherence to company policiesEvent coordination including Client dinners and Internal team building eventsGeneral administrative tasks including filing, printing, binding etc.Your skills and experienceFive years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or teamAbility to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and to be flexible.Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Exhibit exceptional organisational skills, the ability to multitask and manage competing prioritiesHigh level of professionalism – face to face, over the phone and through written correspondence.Willingness and desire to build relationships internally and externallyAbility to take ownership and responsibility of tasksProfessional approach towards the work environmentSelf-motivated individual who displays a pro-active style and excellent attention to detail.Superior communication skills and ability to prioritiseEfficient, organized and capable with the ability to remain calm under pressureStrong negotiation skills and ability to push backHow we’ll support youFlexible working to assist you balance your personal prioritiesCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionA range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needsTraining and development to help you excel in your careerAbout us and our teamsDeutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network.
