About You
As the successful candidate, you will have personal values aligned with the Whitbread Insurance Group values of collaboration, respect, leadership, integrity, enthusiasm and solution focus.
You have RG146 Tier 1 qualifications (insurance broking) and at least 3 to 4 years of experience as an Account Executive managing an insurance portfolio.
Successful applicants must have well-developed experience in:
- property insurance
- insurance sales or related fields
- managing own portfolio and developing relationships with key stakeholders
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- presenting clients' renewal and new business terms
- strong organisational skills and attention to detail
