We are looking for an experienced Executive Account Manager, to join our team and build relationships with new clients and drive business growth in Melbourne, as well as building strategic partnerships and delivering exceptional results. As an expert communicator, you should be proficient at planning and coordinating account activity, generating sales opportunities, and reporting status of accounts on a regular basis. A successful candidate will build strong client relationships, identify gaps and growth potential, and explore untapped opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor on non-technical and technical matters.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including management, project management, and support, to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Provide guidance and support during the implementation and integration process.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements to better serve clients.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience in an executive technical role or business development role.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Industry qualifications.
- Experience in delivering client-facing solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
