THE ROLE
You would be a knowledgeable person within the team and provide first class broking support to Account Directors utilising your skills and experience.
- Policy administration including invoicing via our Insight Broking System
- Development of future opportunities through interaction with existing clients, and, actively seeking opportunities for new business.
- Maintaining Client & Insurer relationships.
- Build awareness of interactions across key partners& stakeholder group.
- Preparation of quotations, negotiations with underwriters, preparation of reports.
- Claims Management
- Liaising with Clients, Underwriters, Account Managers
- Providing technical broking support.
- Maintain records and provide excellent service to our client base
- Processing and document issuance of new business, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements ensuring all interactions are performed in an efficient & effective manner adhering to the required processes for each transaction type, negotiating and reviewing renewal terms from underwriters.
- Processing and follow up of Wage Declarations.
- Respond to enquiries/requests from the brokers within agreed service standards.
- Ensure reporting spreadsheets are up to date in particular the claim status reports & debtors as and when required.

- Able to explain claims process for clients and know the difference between standard and non-standard exclusions.
- Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive.
- Advanced administration skills and experience working with Insight (preferred) and SCTP.
