Account Executive

About the role:
Opportunity to work across a team as an Account Executive within the Investment team. The role will give you exposure to working across all products on this client to help bring to life their campaigns across key channels including TV, out of home, audio and more. This client is a highly collaborative and high-spending client, with an appetite for innovation and proactive recommendations from PHD. This role allows for direct client and creative agency relationships, and works hand in hand with the planning, digital and activations team.
Your day to day:
- Ensure the brief is delivered within appropriate criteria (budget, targets etc.).
- Accurate and efficient buying across all client campaigns.
- Proficiently put together, traffic and monitor digital media campaigns to measure effectiveness and ensure success.
- Understand your clients' needs inside and out.
- Conduct market research and basic business analysis.
- Build a sound understanding of OMG and PHD's SBUs and their offering.
- Use appropriate technology/research/systems/tools and know their methodology at an intermediate level.
- Training and Development of Account Coordinator(s) in your team.
- Training on day-to-day tasks and taking through media processes.
About you:
- Relevant media experience.
- You know your way around the Microsoft suite.
- You're hungry to learn and pass new information on to your team.
- You notice the small things. Nothing gets by you.
- You're good with numbers and know the difference between ‘your' and ‘you're'.
- You're on time, every time.
- You run towards the fire, always ready with a solution.
- You like your eggs sunny side up and share that mentality with your team.
- This is an entry-level role, which means some tasks may be quite basic. You'll need to tear into them anyway.

- You won't let any work get by you that isn't of the highest standard.
