As an Account Manager, you’ll be joining a Company in growth mode. Looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to work with the Insurance team looking after an SME portfolio. Based in Geelong, this organisation is a great place to build a career in the insurance industry. Your New Role

You will be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers in relation to any insurance enquiries, giving fantastic customer service.

Up-selling and cross-selling products/services by means of creating a great customer service experience

Sharing knowledge and expertise on products and services

Meeting compliance and exceeding targets and KPI's

What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this position, you’ll need the following skills and qualifications:

Tier 1 level qualification in Insurance broking 

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and customer service skills.

Advanced computer literacy

Attention to detail and effective administration skills.

Proficiency in negotiation, planning, and execution when working with stakeholders.
