About the Role:
Joining the dynamic team as an Account Executive in the Strata Division, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the business growth objectives. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing new business opportunities and ensuring the retention of existing clients within the designated broking division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on profitable growth and retention;
- Maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service standards;
- Provide professional advice on insurance program needs and present suitable recommendations;
- Gather underwriting information, negotiate terms with underwriters, and prepare renewal documents;
- Process new business, endorsements, renewals, and respond to client enquiries promptly;
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to achieve company goals; AND
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Tier 1 RG 146 qualification is a must;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in broking;
- Proficiency in technical insurance and broking skills;
- Strong literacy in technology and familiarity with insurance-based computer software;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive sales ability;
- Proven ability in client relationship management and client-centric approach;
- Demonstrated teamwork ethic and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment; AND
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with industry standards and ethical practices.
