We’re on the lookout for a driven, fun and passionate Account Executive / Junior Project Manager to join the Account Service team and be at the forefront of the Tonic adventure.
What will YOU do?
You will be integral to the Account Service team, and will be a key player in how the team works. Supporting the Account Director and Senior Account Manager, your task include (but not limited to):
- Support on multiple campaigns (sometimes simultaneously) reporting into the AD & SAM.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development & strategy) to work to client timelines & goals.
- Have the opportunity to learn CRM and email systems, including how to build emails and journeys across different clients.
- Be involved with the Account Service team’s planning & strategy comms development, focusing on details & big picture of projects.
- Assist in resource management & scheduling.
- Maintain project documentation including project assets, briefs/plans, timelines & status reports.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing of all creative & digital work to ensure they meet Tonic’s standard of excellence & client expectations.
What should YOU have?
- Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar.
- 1-2 years experience in Project or Account Management is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Top notch organisational skills and able to juggle multiple tasks & projects simultaneously
