What this job involves
JLL has an opportunity for an experienced Account Lead AU & NZ - to join our team. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the client-side facility/property management service delivery system for our Financial Services client sites across Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with the client real estate / JLL facility team/client end users.
- Achievement of client relationship and key performance indicators.
- Managing the operational budgets and delivery.
- Managing engineering operations and related risks in operations.
- Managing third-party vendor contracts.
- Interface with site building management.

- You'll have superior communication skills, with the ability to build & foster successful relationships with your clients & stakeholders.
- We'll also expect you to have great time management, organisational skills, and the capacity to deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- You will have a minimum of five years experience in the Corporate Real Estate, Facilities and or Property Management industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality and/or Facilities Management / Engineering will be advantageous.
