Boxes To Go is an SME sized family-owned company. We specialise in packaging manufacture and supply in the corrugated and box board market. We have inhouse manufacturing capability for short run corrugated cartons in both plain and printed finish and we partner with larger operators to service high volume clients.
As a Client Account Manager at Boxes To Go, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our client base, understanding their unique requirements and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored packaging solutions. Additionally, you will be proactive in identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and will work closely with the sales and production teams to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales process and beyond.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and packaging needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and production, to ensure client requirements are met on time and within budget.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales activities, and revenue forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the packaging and/or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding client expectations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
