The Account Manager/Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for the end-to end management of key corporate accounts within the organisation.
This role is crucial for the hands-on management and growth of key corporate accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for these clients. This role involves deepening relationships with the organisation’s most valuable customers by delivering exceptional service, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for account growth, as well as driving new customer and partner acquisition with this cohort of customers.
CorpCloud has a strong presence within the Miningand Resources space and as such this represents a significant opportunity to develop a career within the sector. Experience within this vertical is preferred, but not required.

Primary Responsibilities
- Implement and refine key account management strategies to enhance corporate account handling.
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align activities with strategic goals.
- Foster and expand relationships with corporate clients through dedicated communication and understanding of their needs.
- Lead a high-performance team focused on achieving objectives in account management.
- Drive a metrics-focused approach to track performance and guide stakeholder activities.
- Target high-value customer acquisition to boost business growth and partnerships.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to increase customer engagement and market share.
- Ensure prompt and precise delivery of products and services to clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to address and resolve client issues.
- Engage customers through various communication channels to meet their needs and deliver solutions.
- Identify and act on new business opportunities within market segments.
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and operational teams for project delivery and issue resolution.
- Strategize and prioritize sales efforts to attract new corporate clients.
- Report on marketing efforts clearly and efficiently.
- Continually enhance skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities.
