We are seeking a skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our Melbourne team.
As a key member of our Talent Analytics division, you will work closely with clients to understand their talent management challenges and deliver tailored data solutions. You will utilize advanced analytics techniques to uncover insights that drive strategic talent decisions and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Our Talent Analytics team specializes in leveraging data to optimize workforce performance, engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to assess talent needs and objectives, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Problem-solve with clients through your specialist knowledge
- New client and user onboarding
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key talent metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Consult on talent strategy development, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Sales, IT, and business leaders to implement and optimize talent analytics solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent analytics and HR technology.
- Background in consulting, finance, or HR background with experience in Rewards in preferential
- Client-relationship experience is encouraged with an interest in developing new client relationships
- Highly analytical and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficient at Excel, Data, and Visualisation Tools such as PowerBi.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
