ABOUT THE ROLE: As an integral part of the team, reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities:
Key Account Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key accounts.
Solution Selling: Engage with small, medium, and large residential builders, offering innovative solutions.
Strategic Growth: Develop and implement a sales plan, call cycle, and pipeline to drive revenue.
Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, including product information and quotations.
On-Site Excellence: Conduct on-site meetings to provide exceptional service.
New Business Development: Explore new opportunities and expand our market presence.
Responsive Action: Swiftly respond to leads and referrals.
Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records via CRM, reporting sales activities.
ABOUT YOU: To thrive in this exciting role, you will showcase the following:
Proven Experience: Extensive sales and/or account management experience within the residential building market.
Key Account Mastery: Solid experience managing key accounts and adept at resolving issues throughout the sales process.
Product Knowledge: Ability and desire to learn and comprehend product details (full training provided).
Territory Growth: Proven track record in growing a territory and achieving sales targets.
Communication Prowess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills.
Self-Management: Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload effectively.
