We are delighted to partner with this Australian-owned healthcare logistics business, currently in a period of high growth. Having recently diversified its services, the business has significantly increased its network of corporate staff, drivers and contractors to fulfil 3000+ deliveries each day to hospitals across Australia & New Zealand.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with an existing portfolio of customers and clients. This role will collaborate across the organisation to ensure timely delivery of services, contribute to sustainable growth strategies, and make recommendations for efficiency optimisation.
Core focuses of the role will include:
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through strong & consistent communication, exceptional service and delivering reliable results.
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor activity and develop strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Optimisation & Efficiency: Analyse problematic situations and supply chain processes and provide solutions to improve efficiencies and ensure sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will be positive and self-driven with a competitive mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Medical businesses, with strong commercial acumen, will be beneficial for success in this role. Additionally, the candidate will have an inate ability to multitask and communicate comfortably across various levels & functions, to gain influence and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
