Smartcomm is looking for a passionate and driven Account Coordinator to provide exceptional account coordination services, build and maintain strong relationship with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
The role is made up of:
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management.
- Effective communication of requirements internally to ensure successful execution of client campaigns. Including producing all necessary reports in an effective, timely and tailored manner.
- Consistently track production and delivery dates to ensure that deadlines are met and communicate relevant details to clients and team.
- Working as part of a team.
- Understand company capabilities and services, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
- Identify new business opportunities from existing portfolio of accounts.

- A good understanding of all communication channels i.e - digital and mail.
- Demonstrated time management skills.
- Ability to demonstrate a high-quality standard of work.
