The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Account Manager to join the Adelaide Corporate Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for top-tier mid-market clients. They have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.
The Account Manager is responsible for providing service for a key portfolio of diverse corporate clients and will work closely with their team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of the team portfolio. This Account Manager Role is considered a key driver to the long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the region.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience
- Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Corporate business
- High Level servicing role
- Mentorship and development of team members within the region
This position will suit someone with the following experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of Insurance broking experience
- First-class communication and presentation skills
- Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Corporate Insurance products
- Tier 1 Qualification
