Join a tier 1 building materials manufacturer in this newly created role. You'll drive sales from an already developed client list, offering a range of aluminium products across the Perth metro market. Working alongside the BDM, you'll have the opportunity to make this role your own and become an expert in this field.
The Role:
- Deliver on budgeted financials for assigned territory
- Ensure account planning and management is implemented by regularly monitor performance with the client through contract and/or performance review, via market and customer plans, market intelligence, call planning and customer credit maintenance.
- Ensuring effective price management for accounts through appropriate price rises and managing credits
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Develop and present winning customer value propositions.
- Ensure all key stakeholders and direct customers within the target segments are satisfied
- Salesforce CRM utilization, management, and reporting
You’ll have:
- Exceptional customer service couple with strong communicational skills
- Sales / Business Development / Account Management experience
- Ability to work in teams and autonomously
- Experience in the construction industry would be highly regarded but not essential
- Strong commercial acumen with a good understanding of pricing / margin and its impact of profitability
- Experience negotiating and managing contracts
