The Account Manager is responsible for developing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients. They’ll have their finger on the pulse with all things social media and have experience working across the rest of digital marketing. They’ll understand the advertising and media landscape, be collaborative with all teams, clients, external agencies, partners and more. They are entrepreneurial at heart, love building brands, know how to keep clients happy, and build strong relationships.

- Taking briefings from clients, building responses with the creative team, managing content approvals
- Manage schedules and ensuring internal resources are allocated effectively to meet client needs
- Coordinating client WIP meetings and keeping projects running smoothly
- Building relationships with social media platforms, staying informed about updates, trends, and insights to keep the agency at the forefront of social innovation
- Working with talent, creators and influencers across identification, negotiation and delivery of content
- Seeking out new social media trends, platforms, and content techniques that align with client objectives, providing strategic recommendations for leveraging these opportunities.
- Nurture client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Taking ownership of projects and initiatives, and effectively managing tasks independently to drive success for both clients and the agency
