Your Hotel - Ovolo Woolloomooloo
Ovolo Woolloomooloo is the brand's flagship Australian hotel, located in Sydney's idyllic harbourside suburb of... (dramatic drum roll) Woolloomooloo. Nestled in the heart of the popular wharf precinct, a short walk to the city's central business district, the hotel is surrounded by a wide selection of much-loved dining and nightlife options. Ovolo Woolloomooloo features 100 guest rooms, a state-of-the-art gym, meeting rooms and events spaces, a swimming pool, and Bar Woolloomooloo.

We have an excitingly new opportunity for a Management Accountantto come on-board with us at Ovolo Hotels. This will be a Full-Time role reporting to the Financial Controller AU working along a small finance team and have full accountability for the accuracy of the financial reporting and management and provide sound financial leadership to the organisation. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Training, managing and supervising Accountant(s), Assistant Accountant(s) and Intern(s) in daily/weekly/fortnightly tasks
- Performing variance analysis and internal control related matters
- Preparing forecast, annual budget and business plan preparation as required
- Reviewing and lodging statutory reporting such as FBT, BAS, etc. as required
- Ensures and monitor the accuracy and efficiency of Accounts Receivable (including debt recovery)
- Monitor key performance indicators for the hotels, and drive corrective action as required
About you
