About the job
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated phone-based Account Manager to join our sales team.
Your core responsibility will be to contact real estate agency prospects across a defined territory and offer them a range of advertising solutions. You will work closely with the Sales Director and broader sales function to grow our listings marketplace for property seekers across Australia.
Role Details
• Proactively calling and communicating to a defined list of real estate agency prospects
• Nurturing agency relationships to maximise conversion of opportunities through a range of re-engagement strategies
• Liaise with our customer care team to ensure seamless onboarding of new agency partners.
• Implement best practice processes that continually evolve our outbound sales approach
• Execute on a range of defined Key Performance metrics
About you
• Previous phone-based sales experience is essential
• Understands Real Estate and the dynamics of the industry.
• Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring timely and detailed follow up with each customer
• Ability to objection handle in a professional, compelling manner
• Motivated to meet and exceed monthly targets
• Highly organised & proficient in CRM usage
• Positive, proactive and looking for opportunities to grow into F2F Account Partner roles in future
