THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY
We have a fantastic opening in our Hallam office for a dynamic individual to join our market-leading Architectural channel sales team. As an integral part of our successful team, you will play a crucial role in marketplace sales and development within our architectural sales channel. In this role you'll establish strong relationships with leading architectural firms, to influence and push sales from our portfolio of products. You'll be representing our market-leading automatic entrance, door control, security, and glass fittings solutions from a sales lense, whilst having the opportunity to contribute to our broad and market-leading product portfolio.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Build and enhance relationships with customers, clients, and partners
- Provide sales support for the designated territory / accounts
- Understand customer requirements and align them with our suite of access solutions and services
- Develop integral relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the target customer base
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to fully understand the market, customers, products, regulations, and current standards
- Assure fulfillment of goals in sales, profit, and cash flow, ensuring alignment with budgeted requirements
- Efficiently manage the interface between the area and region
- Foster a customer-centric culture
- Act as the "face of dormakaba" in the industry as an industry expert
YOUR SKILLS
- Strong focus on relationship development and territory management
- Knowledge of an extensive existing architectural account base (advantageous)
- Experience in consultative and solutions-based sales
- Have a natural interest and flair for design, architecture and construction
- Background in aluminum, glazing, or allied construction industries with a focus on B2B sales (preferred)
