Medical Receptionist

Our well established Dermatology practice is looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our busy practice in Frankston on a part time basis (2 days per week, Monday and Wednesday) but with the flexibility to cover personal and annual leave.

Duties Include:

• Meet and greet of patients
• Front desk reception duties
• Patient Billing 
• Scheduling appointments and procedures
• Responding to a large range of patient enquiries via phone, fax and email
• General administrative duties
• Creating correspondence via templates
• Performing end of day duties
• Assist in the administration of phototherapy

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess exceptional customer service skills, have a high level of attention to detail as well as an excellent telephone manner.  Genie experience is preferred but not essential, but strong computer literacy is required.
