ABOUT THE POSITION
MITP is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director who has worked with multiple brands in the digital marketing space. The ideal candidate must be well-organised, an effective communicator, and a strong leader with a passion for their work.
The successful candidate will manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously, with duties including but not limited to: developing and executing strategies, planning, managing internal workflow/production, and monitoring and reporting on project progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and work alongside them to achieve their business goals.
- Work with our partners to create digital media strategies that align with their marketing objectives.
- Coordinate and define project requirements to ensure that key delivery milestones are met.
- Assist in managing the Agency's creative and production workflow.
- Assist in creating timely and engaging content optimised for platform and intended audience.
- Analyse and report on partner projects on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
- Continue to refine and define our digital marketing process.
- Stay current with social media trends and tools – including attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years of account management experience.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, whilst maintaining a keen eye for the finer details.
- Experience delivering partner-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Assist with challenging partner requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple and ever-changing priorities.
- Experience including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
- Working knowledge of paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management and reputation management.
- Experience of managing people and working with external stakeholders
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
