Although we don’t wake up in the morning solely to win awards, we take great pride in the recognition we have received from our valued customers."About the role:Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in Procter & Gambleand other client’s categories across National Metcash, Foodworks and state based MSO’s. You will develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs), promotional programs, range reviews, distribution, and display strategies through alignment with our partners. This effort will be supported by our Category Manager and our dedicated independent field team, covering over 900 of the top stores.About you:Are you passionate about delivering outstanding results in Independents?Whether you are early in your account management journey or an experienced National Account Manager or Key Account Manager – if you are committed to driving outcomes and eager to learn in an agile team, this is the role for you.You are customer and execution focused and recognise that success in Independents demands trusted partnerships, paired with commercial acumen to navigate the complex channel dynamics.Above all, you're a team player who takes ownership of your business, aligning behaviours with our core values.Working Environment:We have a culture of being in-market, meaning being where customers, retailers and our clients operate.
