We have an opening in our Bibra Lake office for a dynamic individual to join our WA Sales team. As an integral part of our successful team, you will play a crucial role in marketplace sales and development within our distributor sales channel.
Success in this role will be achieved by developing integral relationships with the key stakeholders and influencers, delivering tailored unique solutions to support their businesses. You'll be representing our market-leading automatic entrance, door control, security, and glass fittings solutions, contributing to some of WA's most iconic buildings & landmarks.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Foster the relationship with the distributors, supporting them on their pipeline of projects
- Build and enhance relationships with customers, clients, and partners; understanding requirements and aligning them with our suite of access solutions and services.
- Develop integral relationships with key stakeholders and influencers in the target customer base
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to fully understand the market, customers, products, regulations, and current standards
- Align our suite of premium solutions and services, ensuring sustainable ongoing business opportunities
YOUR SKILLS
We are looking for someone with an authentic approach to networking that will be able to work closely with the greater Sales Teams to expand on our pipeline of clients and sales opportunities.
- Foster a customer-centric culture
- Strong focus on relationship development
- Experience in consultative and solutions-based sales
- Background in construction industries with a focus on B2B sales (preferred)
- Product knowledge in architectural door hardware beneficial
