Account Manager - Fundraising

• Foster and manage relationships with key fundraising accounts across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Lead fundraiser planning meetings to design comprehensive marketing campaigns and setting clear objectives.
• Create Entertainment Group's vibrant presence at fundraising events, creating an atmosphere of excitement and engagement.
• Represent Entertainment Group at various public speaking engagements, including Rotary meetings, school assemblies, and social club events, to promote fundraising initiatives.
• Guide fundraisers on the optimal use of digital platforms such as social media, email, and websites to enhance their fundraising efforts.
• Utilise print collateral and coordinate digital communications, including email broadcasts and regular updates, to support fundraisers.
• Acquire new accounts whilst resolving client concerns promptly, providing advice and support to the team on challenging cases.

About you:

• Previous experience in account or client management.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Passionate about connecting with people, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and adhere to a comprehensive communication schedule.
• Detail-oriented with the discipline to track and follow up on client needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
