In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial oversight and governance, ensuring the sound financial standing of our operations.Your primary duties will include:
- Monitoring functional outcomes and financial performance indicators.
- Providing guidance and support on financial matters such as budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
- Implementing and improving financial models, systems, and processes to optimize fiscal management.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve strategic financial objectives.
- Willing to engage in end-to-end finance tasks including but not limited to journal entries, reconciliation, and purchase order creation. We believe in a collaborative work environment where every team member contributes to the success of the organisation at all levels.
- A tertiary qualification in a finance-related discipline (mandatory)
- Certification as a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) (mandatory).
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar financial support role.
- Extensive knowledge of financial accounting concepts, practices and systems (including SAP and Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and present practical financial information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
