Overview
Exciting opportunity for an Account Manager or Account Executive who is ready to take the next leap forward in their career, and join our highly successful specialist team in Perth. No two insolvency related appointments are the same.
The purpose of this role is to manage your own significant portfolio of insolvency based clients with the leading player in the insolvency insurance broking market; taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery.
Key Accountabilities Include:
- Describing insurable risk to your Insolvency Practitioner clients, designing appropriate insurance solutions and negotiating and managing expectations
- Managing relationships with our clients, underwriters, third party brokers & funders
- Managing your own budget, sales plan and debtors
- Providing mentoring and coaching to more junior employees where appropriate
- Promoting the Insolvency team to fellow Gallagher divisions
This Is a Great Opportunity:
We are seeking a preferred 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to mid to large accounts plus:
- Strong account management experience gained within broking
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills complemented by a driven, passionate and professional disposition
- A proven track record of delivering operational results
