The Commercial Lend and Grow Team is accountable for products and processes across term loans, working capital, Asset Finance and guarantees, as well as the delivery of our business lending transformation work.
The role of the Product Management Lead - Asset Finance is to be the subject matter expert for Asset Finance, own the product proposition, develop and deliver strategic and operational initiatives, and react to legislative and competitive movements with speed and precision.
This role is accountable for:
Responsible for responding to legislative, operational, strategic and competitive changes
Support the Product team in furthering Asset Finance priorities and other Product Area priorities as required
Developing and delivering a strategic direction for the portfolio • Ensure the Asset Finance product is well managed and well governed

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Ability to quickly gather information on the progress of work and communicate this to key stakeholders.
Identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies, agreeing appropriate risk responses.
Successfully led projects or a large BAU change agenda.
Successfully built a network of strong relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
Statistical Analytics and Modelling: Advanced modelling, statistics, research and causality to understand complex data problems.
Portfolio Economics: Knowledge of portfolio levers and the ability to generate performance insights from behavioural data to identify and model growth opportunities.
Data Interpretation: Using data and reporting to draw insights to problem solve and/or inform business or customer decisions.
