An exciting opportunity is currently available for a commercially led Fundraising Manager to join the marketing team on a F/T basis, permanent basis.
Reporting into the GM of Marketing you will play a hybrid, key role in re-developing the fundraising and philanthropy strategy, lead a team of 3 x direct reports as well as implement and execute commercially led fundraising campaigns with a focus on both corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities as well as re-developing current fundraising channels via both digital and direct mail channels across the B2C segment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically develop and execute comprehensive large scale fundraising strategies and plans, focusing on both B2B sectors (corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities) and across B2C segments.
• Oversee and develop both digital and offline fundraising campaigns
• Unearth new fundraising opportunities for the business to implement.
• Managing a team of 3 x direct reports within the marketing team.
• Utilise data and reporting to develop fundraising opportunities for the business.
• Work across the wider function of the business, to support, collaborate and share your knowledge, ideas and expertise with other departments.
• Lead fundraising campaigns that have a customer focus on both acquisition and retention.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally we are seeking previous experience as either a Fundraising Manager, looking to take a step into managing a small team or open to fundraising individuals looking to step up into a management role.
• Solid leadership and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• The mindset to think outside the box, think commercially, but also have the skills to roll up your sleeves and execute fundraising campaigns.
• Savvy across both online and offline channels
• Expertise in developing corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities via B2B channels.
