About the role
Being a Geelong based company, our PROFINISH Fire Protection Office is based in North Geelong, however we offer flexible working arrangements with availability to work from home as well as work in the office.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing a large number of projects at a time, all at various stages within the sales and estimating cycle. You will be provided with a virtual assistant to assist with takeoffs and quoting. You'll need to be highly proficient in developing and nurturing relationships and have exceptional communication skills.

With the help of your assistant, you manage anywhere from 70-120 projects. Computers are a no brainer; you are more than confident with excel and any programs we throw your way.

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- Experience working in commercial construction with the understanding of building and construction drawings
- Extremely well organised
- Love working in a fast-paced team environment
- Understand the nuances of sales
- Have excellent computer skills and proficient with all Microsoft programs
- Have a positive attitude and a great work ethic
- Thorough understand and interpretation of building codes
