This role is a hybrid of an Account Manager and pre-sales position. Looking for someone that can be the technical POC but build out accounts as well.

What you need;
- Experience in account management or a similar client-facing role at a Managed Service provider
- Build sales pipeline through identifying opportunities to position new technology or make use of existing
- Demonstrated ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges
- Proven experience developing a deep understanding of the clients business, their current and future plans
- Provide pre/post sales support on any solutions
- Help guide customer through solutions they need
- Use a pool of vehicles for work
- All tools of the trade provided
- A continuous learning environment - get paid certification!
