As an Account Manager, your role will be to ensure our customers are receiving the highest quality services and products. You will be responsible for developing relationships, providing value to our customers, and achieving sales targets.
With an ability to identify solutions to meet our customer requirements, you will provide superior service through developed multi-tier relationships both internally and externally.
You will use various methods to assist customers including on-site inspections, analysing reports, providing product and maintenance recommendations, identifying new business needs from within our existing customer base and securing new business opportunities.
About you
You should be able to demonstrate credible, robust sales experience and the talent and tenacity we need to drive growth and take Bridgestone to the next level. This includes being able to demonstrate your customer centric approach to Account Management and why this is important to a business.
To be able to perform this role successfully, as a minimum you will demonstrate:

- The ability to identify and secure new business opportunities

- The ability to recognise, develop and secure growth within the existing customer base
- Effective relationship management focusing on creating and sustaining multi-tier relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Exceptional communication, presentation and time management skills
- Efficient knowledge and utilisation of Microsoft programs including Office, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
