ABOUT THE ROLE
This company is seeking a highly professional individual who has extensive experience working in the Service Industry, Service /Dispatch Management, Quoting and invoicing.
You will be required to manage a small team of schedulers and Account Manage 5 Top Accounts. The role will be reporting directly to the General Manager and this business is building a new branch in Melbourne.
This is a highly rewarding position for somebody is driven and thrives on fast paced/ high-pressure environments. This role is vibrant, ever-changing and requires an individual who can adapt easily to changing situations. Experience using scheduling system, simPRO will be highly regarded, though not essential. The team is very supportive and has a great culture including monthly office activities.
PACKAGE INCLUDES
- Between $100,000 to $120,000 + Super (depending on experience)

- Managing a team of 5 Service Coordinators
- Uploading reports and test results to client web portals
- Systems maintenance of the Service Management System (simPRO)
- On-boarding of new white collar staff
- simPRO experience will be highly regarded
- Previous experience working as a Service Coordinator within Facilities Maintenance delivering solutions to the commercial and industrial sectors
- Highly developed prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to take ownership and follow through on commitments
- Ability to prioritise workload based on importance
- Demonstrated experience in a scheduling role in a service business
- HVAC/Fire/Electrical experience (essential)
- Problem solving skills
- High sense of urgency and resilience
- Work well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a team environment
- A strong sense of teamwork and proactive attitude
- Excellent communications skills
