The Role
Are you an experienced and successful Account Manager in the software or HR/payroll industry? Are you a strong relationship builder? Are you tenacious and driven to succeed?
Working with an existing client base you will be tasked with improving client engagement through identifying opportunities to maximise our services, thus creating success for you, them and us. Your clients are a broad mix of industries and sizes located throughout Sydney and surrounds.
Some of your responsibilities include: -
Relationship building with assigned clients at all levels, including C-Level, to develop and maintain client loyalty, referrals and longevity
Effective representation of Frontier Software's entire range of products and services to assigned clients
Analyse and deliver increased product penetration within your portfolio
Act as liaison between your clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
Develop client specific programs and presentations which assist your clients in developing their use of Frontier Software products and services.

This role is not for the faint hearted, you will need to be tenacious and flexible with a strong drive to succeed, as well as demonstrate the following experience and skills: -
Exceptional relationship and account managements skills which underpins your ability to grow your portfolio
Significant experience achieving sales targets within a Technology environment, all the better if this was in SAAS, including overcoming objections and closing the sale
Professional sales presentation skills – designing, developing and presenting
Strong IT skills and interest, with the ability to quickly learn complex software programs
Exposure to or an understanding of payroll/HR would be highly regarded
