About our newly created position.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional networking /security products or services.
- Gain new leads and business through referrals and proactive client engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to customers on how our products or services can help them achieve their objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and solutions within assigned accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans that outline customer needs, success and growth strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, communications, and account activities in our various systems and hubspot.
- Proactively identify, address and resolve customer concerns, inquiries and requests promptly.
- Work collaboratively with the broader sales team and technical teams.

Due to our exciting growth, we have created a newly created role for an experienced Account Manager to complete our sales pod. You must have the ability to uncover and close out further sales opportunities within your assigned accounts.
- Proven experience in account management or a sales-related role is required.
- Experience in the Cyber Security / Networking or similar related industry is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering & delivery teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot and/or iasset preferred) and Microsoft Outlook / Teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience working toward targets and revenue goals.
- Must have excellent skills in project management, managing several priorities and clients at any one time.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Drivers licence and your own vehicle, working with children check.
