Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for building strong relationships with our customer accounts and their key decision-makers. Focusing on engagement and account management strategies, you will work closely with your customers to ensure the continued profitable growth of our business. You are a professional with the experience and expertise within the technology space to help customers maximise the value they receive through our offerings.

Responsibilities:
• At EBS, we have a customer first mindset. Your role as Account Manager will focus on building strong relationships with key decision-makers and delivering a connected customer engagement experience.
• Work in partnership with the Sales, Operations and Support teams to effectively manage customer opportunities and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Develop, manage, and maintain accurate records and reporting to assist in delivering business outcomes.
• Assist customers by working with solutions consulting and service delivery to facilitate and coordinate the implementation of cross functional solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction and meet or exceed account-specific revenue and profitability goals.
• Build a strong pipeline utilising data and insights to prospect, engage, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
Skills and Experience:
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a commercial or software-related field.
• Prior experience managing customer engagements and communications.
• Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and cloud platform competitor landscape.
• Experience selling ERP or similar software-as-a-service, cloud-based business applications to SMB customers, exceeding sale targets.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage competing priorities and work effectively with high levels of autonomy and self-direction in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic team environment.
• Capacity to learn and retain knowledge about systems, processes, products, and services quickly and accurately.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills - the ability to build trusted relationships, influence and drive actions by others to achieve set goals and manage multiple stakeholders across an organisation.
• Build relationships, collaborate, and influence across organisations, functions, and stakeholder groups.
• Operational and sales excellence discipline, including planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder communication, services/partner engagement and sales excellence practices including pipeline and opportunity management.
