Dynaweld is a leading welding supplies company and a proud, long standing Australian owned family business.
We are expanding our Perth team and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager.
The Role:
You will report to and work closely with the Sales Manager to preserve and increase the sales volume and brand awareness of all Dynaweld products. You will implement and execute strategies to promote and grow the Dynaweld business and all associated brands.
You will also have responsibility for:
- Customer call planning and execution in your assigned area, and all associated reporting
- Conducting product training sessions to business customers and end users
- Implement company directed sales strategies (promotions, marketing campaigns etc)
- Actively prospect for new customers and new business opportunities
- Identify sales opportunities through store inventory analysis
- Secure best possible floor position for Dynaweld stock in store and ensure relevant products and POS are presented in accordance with Dynaweld standards
- Attendance at industry related events that may require travel and work outside standard work hours
- Represent Dynaweld professionally and with integrity at all times
** Please note, this role involves regular regional trips away which may see you being away for 1-2 nights per week**
We are open to receiving applications from candidates located in Regional or south of Perth.
What you need to succeed:
- Welding experience
- Industrial products experience
- Previous Sales Rep / Account Manager experience
- Great communication and relationship building skills
- Be a team player, motivated and take ownership of your role
- If you have a trade background in Fabricating Sheet Metal Work or Boiler making, that is a bonus
