The role
Upon joining the team, you will be under the guidance of an experienced APAC Sales Director. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base by visiting new and existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Skills and experiences needed
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements. Prior experience selling similar products within the water industry is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in producing and executing sales techniques and strategies.
- Experience in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Salary Expectations
$90,000 - $110,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Commission
