Account Manager

The main facets of this role will be involved in managing an existing portfolio of blue-chip Merchandise based clients to achieve individual client budgets and objectives.

The successful candidate will have a growth mindset, as well as knowledge and experience in Below the Line marketing.

What do you do?

• Assist with the management of an existing portfolio of clients
• Respond to client briefs for any creative, productions or digital requirements
• Manage multiple clients timelines, estimates and reporting
• Work towards achieving budgets, targets & KPIs
• Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support the agency’s growth objectives
• Determine appropriate solutions for client requests
• Aid in new business development with your network of clients

What do you need?

• 2+ years’ experience as an Account Manager/Account Executive/Sales Coordinator
• Knowledge and experience in Below the Line marketing (Promotional Merchandise)
• Demonstrated sales and relationship management skills
• A creative mind
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Growth mindset and eagerness to succeed
• Experience and ability to grow client base and achieve budgets
