Client-facing Account Manager opportunity – requires a background in funds management
Your new company
This influential fund manager is expanding their Australian operation and has a position available in their CBD office to cover a 12-month maternity contract. At the end of this contract there’s strong potential for opportunities to be created in the wider organisation for the right candidate.
Your new role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the first and main point of contact for clients. You’ll “work for them” to become their trusted partner for queries and updates.
Some of the day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Understanding their needs and expectations of the organisation; then work with internal teams to deliver on this and find solutions when there are obstacles. Therefore, a background in funds management is essential for this role.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have a strong background in funds management of at least 10 years or more, understanding product and processes.
You’ll have proven experience successfully managing multi-million-dollar relationships.
You’ll have proven experience successfully building client relationships, representing an organisation and delivering results for the client.
