SalaryRole Overview: Reporting to the Operations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the everyday logistical requirements of our business area. Engaging with various agencies, you'll be responsible for managing a unit equipment Supply Customer Account (SCA) and arranging equipment movements, including Safehand processes for domestic and international movements.
Some key Deliverables:
- Undertake and manage the demand, receipt, storage, maintenance, issue, stocktaking, and disposal of equipment on the SCA.
- Liaise with external logistics agencies as necessary.
- Perform SCA management activities including auditing, reporting, storage, and disposals.
- Provide organisational leadership with SCA equipment health reports.
- Prepare documentation for disposal or return of serviceable goods.
- Proficiency in Agile project management methodology.
- Full-time availability and willingness to work on-site ACT during regular working hours (8am – 5pm), with negotiable alternate hours.
