The Role
Duties
This role involves both independent work and collaboration within a team environment to deliver timely, high-quality results that aligns with team and organisational goals. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Support for the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Bank and credit card reconciliations Balance sheet reconciliations Assist with streamlining processes. Support and assist the Payroll team Responding to internal and external queries Maintenance of fixed asset registers Assist in preparation of financial statements. Skills And Experience Accounting qualification. Knowledge of accounting standards and associated practices. Experience in MS Office, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Critical analysis and problem-solving skills. Use of confidentiality and discretion with information and data Self-motivated with a high attention to detail. Able to manage time effectively, using strong organisational skills.
